"Baking is My Passion, It's What I Was Meant to Do"

​

Baking has a special place in my heart. What began as a refuge during some of the loneliest and most difficult moments of my life eventually became my passion and my purpose.

​

I moved to Canada for love, and through that love I became the mother of twins and another beautiful child. While becoming a mother has been the greatest gift of my life, raising three young children without a support system was incredibly challenging. Somewhere along the way, I lost a part of myself.

​

Professionally, I built my career in business, so I never imagined that baking would become such an important part of who I am.

Growing up in Panama, my mom was afraid of the oven and never allowed me to use it. The closest I ever came to homemade desserts was helping prepare jelly.

As I grew older, I developed a love for pastries and cakes, but I was often disappointed. Many desserts tasted overwhelmingly sweet, masking the true character of the ingredients. I longed for desserts where the true ingredients are highlighted.

That inspired me to create cakes that celebrate authentic, natural flavors desserts that evoke comfort, joy, and the memories that make life beautiful.

Quality will always come before quantity. Every cake and dessert is made from scratch, in small batches, because I believe that careful craftsmanship creates richer flavors and a more meaningful experience.

For me, baking is more than making cakes. It's about creating moments of comfort, celebration, and connection one slice at a time.

Because baking isn't just what I do.
